Duration: 3 hours for each application (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Onedrive) for a total of 15 hours

Recipients: users with the need to share flows and data within the various business units, users
with the need to share data on external commercial platforms.

Objectives: the module aims to introduce the user to the main information sharing functions available in the new office automation packages, for the digital integration of the various business processes, along the entire internal and external value chain.

Objectives: the module aims to introduce the user to the evolution of business processes driven by the digital integration of the production chain and services. Along the educational path, the new ways of working will be explored, which allow you to hold meetings remotely (audio only or audio and video), share data, information, documents. Thanks to guided exercises, the user will be able to know and exploit the features of the MS Teams application and its integration with Office 365.
